  1. hey am going to salou to work in summer am jus gonna try and get job when i get there

  2. infojobs.net and...good luck!

  3. theres lots of way you could do that for a start you could try all the airlines like easy jet etc they always need staff for the airport at malaga and i do know that they are expanding the airport to (as i have family 10mins away from there) theres plenty of websites for jobs in spain and lots for rental properties too

    have fun !!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Really depends on what kind of job you are looking for..............would guess that unless you want to work in a tourist bar/restaurant then you will need to speak Spanish if you actually want to work in Malaga................easy to find a job as an English speaker if you move further up the coast.............

If you are going to get a "proper" job with a contract etc (which is by far the most sensible option) then you will need to go to the local police station and register for a NIE number (bit like the NI number in the UK, just registers you as a foreigner living in Spain).

    Good luck!

  5. Well, you don't have to do anything, in terms of legalities etc. All you need to do is find a job and somewhere to live then off you go.

Depends what sort of job you are looking for. Assuming it will be in the tourist trade, the best way is to get out there a couple of weeks before the season starts (easter time) and hit the streets. Its very easy to find PR, bar or restaurant work. Beware though, the pay is really, really poor. The key to finding a job is being there and getting to know as many people as possible.

If you need to rely on your wages to pay for accomodation just book up something for a week before you go, there are loads of flats to rent but without doubt you will need to share wth someone, as your wages would not cover the cost.

So, just book yourself a flight and make sure you have a couple of hundred quid in your pocket. Get out there and enjoy ! There's not a lot of prep work you can do now for next season as most of the resort will be closed.

    Good luck

  6. depends on what you want to do.  If you want to work in an office etc... you will need to be bilingual in spanish and english. if you want a contract you will have to go and get an NIE number from the police station this will entitle you to work legally and use the spanish health system, unless you have the equivalent of an E111 (think it has beenreplaced now) try www.wemploy.com or try www.surinenglish.com it is an english ewspaper and most of the english speaking jobs are in there.  The pay isn't great over there, I've llived there all my life and have just moved to the uk to make more money. good luck

  7. Why don't you work out at home or at the gym.....would save you a lot of money.
