I want to write a complaint letter re:store service?

We had a problem with our order from a store in downtown baltimore & they refused to give us any satisfaction

Yes, I have written a few complaint letters in the past. Address it to the manager of that store or better yet find the address to his manager, the district manager. Be polite in your letter! Make the letter sound like you're doing him a favor by informing him of a problem at one of his stores. Describe what the problem is and what you think the solution should be. Also tell him that you have been a long time customer and that you are thinking of taking your business somewhere else is the problem isn't solved.
