  1. Write a poem about how you don't know what to write about. I write poems too technically I rap. And when I don't know what to write about, I write about whatever comes to mind and just expand. And then I end up having a great "poem".

  2. Draw a bubble chart of a single idea, then draw other bubbles connected to that with related ideas... before you know it you'll have a map to whats going on in your head artistically.

  3. a day in your life

  4. whatever is in your heart

    poems just come to me

    its weird

  5. death

  6. Well if you have nothing inspiring you to write now, go through some of the top news stories and see if one catches your eye. (dont get too specific, but it might help you out, give you some emotion, i know it does for me)

  7. The strongest emotion you feel Right now. Love, hate, boredom, whatever.

  8. Try listening to music.  sometimes it inspires me.  But also, don't force it.  You kind of have to wait until inspiration finds YOU. =)

  9. a mechanical clock under a moonlit sky with wet cobblestone underneath

like how the clock ticks and how it works

  10. write about how u feel or what u see about life , love. pp, etc.

  11. My suggestion would be to read "old fashion" poems. My personal choice goes to "Les Fleurs du Mal" ("Flowers of Evil) from Baudelaire. I think everyone should be able to connect to at least one of the poems from the book, thus inspiring you.

Here is a link with the poems both in French and English.

  15. Find a topic that you have strong feelings about, that you're passionate about - a topic where you really have something to say or express.

  16. locations, journeys, memories, wishes, unknown stuff.

    Make something small seem big.

  17. Well, write about you know and whatever you are feeling right now. It is hard to right a poem about an emotion you cannot feel or an experience you have not experienced.
