  1. I would start off by telling somethings about myself. Next you can tell your experience as a teacher. Tell what your class daily schedule  and give one to the parents. Welcome them to come to the class to read and have lunch with the children. This should start you off as you write more things should come to you. I have been in the preschool field for 6yrs..

  2. Great Idea! My teaching partner and I do this every year. It is a great way to get excited. Tell them about how many fun days are ahead. Tell them a bit about yourself and then close with contact information. It doesn't have to be an autobiography but I think the parents really appreciate the extra information. They have a ton of paperwork with enrollment and such so keep it to a page.

    Good luck on your year!

  3. Write a separate letter to children and parents. Write the one for children with short simple sentences. Tell them about what will happen on the first day and/or fun toys at school. Include a sticker.
