I suffer a lot from emotional problems. One moment I could be content, the next angry and bitter. Then sad, depressed, suicidal etc. I think I have mental health problems. I don't want advice on how to get help/take medication etc. But I wanted your advice on this. I want to write down how i feel, vent it. I hate talking about it to people, so I thought maybe if I write how I feel on paper and about my life to maybe try to discover where such angry, unstable emotions stem from, It perhaps may make me feel a bit better? What should I write, how should I write it? What questions do I need to ask myself? Sorry if this sounds confusing...I'm confused too :( Thanks.
