I want to write about how I feel, like a blog/memoir/diary whatever, but how?

I suffer a lot from emotional problems. One moment I could be content, the next angry and bitter. Then sad, depressed, suicidal etc. I think I have mental health problems. I don't want advice on how to get help/take medication etc. But I wanted your advice on this. I want to write down how i feel, vent it. I hate talking about it to people, so I thought maybe if I write how I feel on paper and about my life to maybe try to discover where such angry, unstable emotions stem from, It perhaps may make me feel a bit better? What should I write, how should I write it? What questions do I need to ask myself? Sorry if this sounds confusing...I'm confused too :( Thanks.

  1. Well, what I do is just take a journal and a pencil and just write.

    sometimes when i dont feel like writing, i draw

    It's simple really.

    Just take a notebook & a pen, and ~*write*~ !

    You'll know what to write -- instinct will guide you.


  2. smart question, you know. you reach to a part of "physical therapy" to cure.

        there is sheet at phy clinic about that ...then the Doctor start discuss with you that sheet.

        well, I can say there is few points that would you focus on them.

        Thoughts: which thoughts at that time that comes to you.

        feeling: what do you feel ? try to describe.

        who are the parties in the situation (friends-family ...etc)

        you can add a point from your mind.

        then post that as a blog...you'll find online-persons who share with you ur bitter & pain by their comments.

        something like the doctor at clinic to discuss with you ur thoughts & feeling.

        my advise, try to not to do something that would send you to h**l. No body deserve, they would get giggle, while you r in pain. MASKS

  3. Blogging is great way to do that.

  4. sign up for a free blog someplace and seriously just start doing it.  don't worry about form, how-to, or etc, just start typing.  write down whatever you think, no matter how short, long, or irrational.  eventually it will make sense to you, but it won't if you just wonder about it.  do it and the practice will help you figure it out.
