Start your own blog - it's just like a daily magazine that is very easy to update yourself.

Many magazines are doing this themselves. In fact, many are ending making paper versions of their magazines and going web only like Teen People magazine recently did. Plus dealing with printing costs for a paper version is a big pain in the butt. You can start a blog for free. Try Wordpress or TypePad
