  1. good god!  what is this world coming to?  i'm surprised  people still go into teaching when this is the youth of today.  grow up already.

  2. Yes please sue that teacher. I bet the only reason she set u out is because she farts like that all the time. Tell her to go to the bathroom if she evers sends u out again. Then tell her

    "Grow up oldie!"

  3. no no. You can not sue someone (teacher) for pointing things out at you. Yes, I understand it was not your fault. However, you must see that the teacher was only pointing out the person that yelled. You will be ok. Give it a few days and you will no longer feel angry,

  4. Grow up. Sounds like you disrupted her class and you should have been disciplined for it. I have always wondered why idiots scream when the lights go out .... or someone farts. Did you think it was coming for you? You screamed because you wanted to be disruptive... and immature. I would venture to say it is not the first disruptive behavior you have displayed in your schoolastic career nor will it be the last. Oh well.... I guess teachers don't get to chose their students.

  5. Nice dream you are having. NO you can't sue the TEACHER because a kid farted. YOU were the one that screamed and DISRUPTED THE CLASS, therefore, you got reprimanded. Sorry.

  6. If you want to be able to sue your teacher, you must first learn enough English to draft a summons and complaint to be served upon him or her.

I: You used "too"  when you should have used "to"

II:  You said "so this kid like farted" .  That is ambiguous.  Either the young person passed

intestinal gas or he did not.   The word "like"

    weakens your explanation.

Once we get past barriers of English usage, we

must have a complaint based upon a local, state, or Federal Statute or upon common law.

You probably think your teacher committed a Tort

in pointing out your behavior in front of the class.

Look up Tort in a dictionary or search it here on Yahoo, or in Wikipedia.   You may want to study concepts such as negligence too.     Legal issues are difficult.   You would discover most attorneys would laugh your rear end out of their office if you

attempted to bring this case because the teacher

chastised you as a usual and ordinary component of performing her duty.    Moreover, even if you could prove her chastisement was an act of negligence or a tort(and that is doubtful only with

1/10,000,000 probability in front of a truly strange thinking jury), you would have problems proving

monetary damages!!! How did a pointing your behavior out damage you.  It was not libel, you screamed!!  Moreover, you may be liable for damages if your teacher is liable for bringing attention to and causing embarrassment to the

young person who broke the wind. Consquently,

you need to GET A LIFE and know that shouting out loud is inapropriate. I know stinky gas is disturbing but you are obligated to grin and bear it

in our society if it only happens occasionally, it blows away after 3 minutes anyway.

  7. No, you can't sue the teacher. Although you feel singled out, the teacher was the one who had to (try to) remain professional and keep the class in order. Did you not think that it might have offended him/her? If the roles were reversed and you were supposed to remain professional at all times and at (almost) all costs, what would you have done?

  8. Uh, no.  You can only sue someone for something that is illegal.  Dont'cha think maybe you embarrassed the other kid as well?

  9. It wasn't your fault you screamed?  The last I heard, screaming is not an involuntary reflex.
