If you want to further confuse yourself and others around you try Welsh or even Irish accents ...  that'll confuse the blighters!

The only people who can speak with an Australian accent are people who were born here or came when they were under 10 or so. Latecomers NEVER get it right. What's wrong with your accent anyway? Most poms sound fine to me unless they have that awful upper upper class accent like the royals.
