yes I think they do. But it depends on if you're crying about something stupid or something that they have done.

Yeah it does touch a tender spot..but when she cries all the time over silly things it becomes an annoying trait!

Quite often, tears will get a response when nothing else will. A girl crying on my shoulder will get my attention every time. If you want to have a new guy in your life, cry to him about the old one. It works every time.
