I wanted a pic not instead of this grey face but I'm having problems?

Question

I select a previously downloaded pic when it says to browse, then it says ' Sorry, we cannot accept this file format.Please select a JPG, JPEG, or PNG.' ?? in my folder they say bitmap, how do I resize or change the format so I can haveit as my icon thing? I'm trying to do this through 360page but it just comes up a white page withe grey smiley face? I don't know why I don't undertsnad this! thanks again

Well, I downloaded some free software from the Internet that changes the format of images. (Try searching using- convert, bitmap, JPEG.)

Yahoo 360 is having a lot of problems with avatars at the moment though. There are a lot of bugs.

think you need to set up a 360 profile or something. been so long since i done mine i cant remember myself.....lol
