I wanted to ask a relative for loan. A relative that I hardly speak to. my loan options are exhausted.

She lives across the country and has the means to help me. problem is I never ever speak to her. Im already selling my stuff on ebay and garage sales. I really need 2400 before august 15th. Payday loans are not an option. what do you think? any experience?

Why not be honest and ask for a gift?  Then you can surprise her by repaying it, even if by small payments.  You will gain creditability with her and have a good credit reference if you need it.

Have a good reason why you need the loan and have a good timetable for repaying it.

But don't hold it against her if she tells you no.
