  1. I work in Vancouver, but not at a kinder care. I work with the same company though so the philosophy is the pretty much the same (each is slightly different varying with each director). Many people would say not to send her to kinder care, but those people are talking about past experiences previous to the company merging with a much larger company with better early childhood learning philosophy. You will find many places you go have a high turn over rate, but at KLC (Knowledge Learning Corp.), which is who Kinder Care merged with, you will find a more solid foundation for your child. I have worked with the company for 5 years, most of my co-workers have worked there from day one (7years). Many kinder cares have the same teacher quality, and all KLC centers (including kinder care) provide their employees with professional development training in childcare twice a year. Ok so now, I just realized how much my answer is sounding more like I'm from corporate trying to pitch KLC to you. Here's the deal, I work in the after school kindergarten program at one of our centers in Vancouver, WA. Bottom line, I'd send my kids to day care at any kinder care that I toured and liked what I saw on the surface because I know the policies and expectations the teachers are expected to meet. Check out this website, it will tell you of any more centers in your area you may want to tour. If you have questions, you can email me, sorry I've never seen any facilities in Orlando though.
