My mom is from Aguascalientes, we went there every single year when I was growing up, it's been 20 years since I went last, anybody know how I can find a website to maybe see the old towns around Aguascalientes and their Haciendas? Thanks so much,

So, what you really want is photos of Aguascalientes, right?  Here  are some sites with many photos.  Hope they have the kind of photos you are looking for.
