me program i was i have to pay child support until she is 21 i thought it was 18?

  2. It's supposed to be 18, unless they attend college, then it's 21. Since she is a mama, now u might be able to getting it stopped. Mommy and me? Thats a bonding thing for new moms, I don't know who told you that, but it's got nothing to do with child support.

  3. Your question makes no sense.  Mommy and Me is a play group type program for mom's and babies.

  4. It depends on where you live. In PA the legal age of majority is 21. Parents usually pay child support until a child reaches legal age of majority or as long as the child is a full time student if they attend college. However if your child is now a parent and no longer living at home you may wish to ask the courts to end the support order or amend it to pay directly to your child.

  5. It's whatever the court orders say.  Sometimes it is 21 to cover college costs.

  6. It's typically always 18 unless they're in school full time. BUT if you took it to court and they found out she has a child - they'd probably stop it right now.
