I wanted to know if Aquamarine was filmed in Australia and if Biancca off big brotherthis year 2008 was in it?

So I have two questions I wantto ask about the movie aquamarine

1. In the scene where emma roberts is at the pool party and the blonde girl says this little girl wants to go in the pool it flashes to him talking to a girl with brown wavy hair in a pony tale only for a quick second and I was wondering if that girl looks to you like identical to biancca on this years Australian Big brother

2. Also I wanted to know if Aquamarine was filmed in Australia and made to seem like it was in America and if not I wanted to know why all the small character parts were played by australian actors???

The answer is no to both. The reason being the small parts may have been Aussie actors trying to get a foot into the international market.
