Lets pretend that I had something important to tell the world and I needed to get it out there fast and quick. What is the best way to do that???

Hold someone hostage, declare yourself a terrorist supporter wanting to change sides and is willing to give up info. However when you don't have any info you'll probably get arrested.

Ummm stand on a roof top of a building, pretend to be a jumper and ask for the media, say you want a live feed!!!

Edit: You did say quick, you said nothing about a positive effect!!!

Stand at the main intersection of your town..

Stip off , hold a sign over your head ..

You will get the media attention you want ..

But , you may get a bit more that you expected eg: police
