Visitors cannot be sponsored.  Visitors to the US must qualify for a visa based on their own merit.  The best you can do is send your parents a letter inviting them for a visit.  The rest will be up to them to convince the US consular officer that they will not stay in the United States.

I think you want to call your parents to Visit USA on visitor visa. For that you need to send couple of documents:

- Send invitation letter to them.

- Show your job status and earnings in USA.

- Get the account statment which shows the income and savings in your bank account [You can contact bank and tell them the reason, All bank has readymade format for this]

- Send a copy of your Tax-Return.

- They have to show their property in INDIA.
