I wanted to know what the fine or time is in long beach for vandalism?

i have a friend who recently was on probation for DUI and now he was in a domestic issue with his cousin. He ended up damaging his cousin's truck window. he has been in jail since sunday 3 am. what kind of time is he lookin at?

Well, I'm not sure exactly. Since he was on probation if he still is, he would face additional charges for violating his probation. I'm not sure the how his sentencing will be, as I'm not from Long Beach. It depends on the severity of the crime he committed and the damage to the truck. Well, I wouldn't say more than 30 days to a few months if he gets any jail time. He may be able to check into a rehab program or pay to fix his cousin's truck or maybe a fine. Possibly maybe longer on probation. A guy my Mom works with in Tennesee, who his on probation for a DUI was given the choice of jail or rehab. This dude currently has been serving weekends in jail for another DUI I think and he evaded police in a car chase. If I get a chance, I'll talk to my criminal justice teacher or the police officer at my school tomorrow, unless you don't want me to ask anyone.
