Nikon has better lenses.. I own both a Fuji and Nikon camera and I definitely like the way my pictures turn out with the Nikon :)

Both cameras are good P&S cameras.  Only you can know if you are going to need the features that one camera has over the other

It depends upon whether you have and SD memory cards left from you last camera.
