I wanted to search for a store's phone number in the US, where or who should I look and call?

I have ordered an item from the US, but its already late and I'm have not received the item I ordered. While I've sent a couple of emails asking for information and clarification, there is no reaction whatsoever on the part of the US webstore, I tried looking into their website contact info, but there is no ph number posted there, does anyone know which number I should call to obtain the store's ph number, btw I have the address and its in Annapolis, MD, and another question, in case this has go on and pertained to be a fraud case, which authority should I contact to give info about this fraudulent webstore and its website so it can be shut down? Thank you

I have a webstore so I might be able to help you.  Here is a website that you can look up public info about a domain.  If their information is public, you should find some info here:

http://www.whois.net/

As for filing fraud charges, I think that might be hard to prove but why don't you file a claim for non-receipt of goods with your credit card company (or whoever you paid with: i.e. paypal).  They should dispute it for your.  If there is no response from the company through the dispute, you should receive your money back.  Hope this helps!
