depends on the places ur interested in seeing.contact sum travel agency n decide the places that u`ll lyk 2 see.its rainy season over here ryt now....i think the best tym 2 visit india wud be between september n november.temperatures shud be moderate n no rains.

July is sstill monsoon season. If you want to avoid the heat, the mosquittos, and the rain, Id suggest going between august and february. Also, the airline ticket prices are higher right now, as many people are going to India as it is tourist season, and many indians are taking their summer vacation and going back to their homeland.

If you want cheap airline tickets to india, I would suggest going through a  local INDIAN or ASIAN travel agent. You wont get good prices on orbitz, or all these other websites. just google indian travel agent and you will get a bunch of people.
