I wants to have sporty Stomach and waist..but how?any physical terms to get rig from the big stomach?

I am 26 years worls and since one year i am living in Qatar ,I am doing daily exercises epecially for belley everyday 30 times sit up but i could not get my stomach as i need i mean smaller.what to do? plz help me.

  4. try yoga esp. kapalbharati etc. you can get help via ramdev maharaj's videos in case a yoga instructor is not available

  5. Actually, this is the myth that you will develop six pack by doing the sit ups. On the other hand you will develop low back pain due to the continous sit up.

    To get a visible stomach pads you have to reduce the over all fat percentage in your body.

    Unfortunately, there is no good GYM in Doha. The one (Gold's GYM)which is there does not have a qualified instructor too!!
