  1. just plead guilty and tell the truth. you can hardly plead innocent when there is evidence you were there past curfew. dont make things worse for yourself!

  2. Ya plead guilty and they'll fine you like 100$ if you didnt do anything else wrong...curfew laws are BS i never followed them and will never make my kids follow them. My kids will be at home when i tell them to be the cops can go home and F*** their wives with their small c***s

  3. plead guilty because you were. no excuses accept responsibility for your actions.

  4. guilty obviously unless you can prove that you were with a parent (which is too late now) but you'll be fine its just a small ticket and a long talking to.

  5. Um, GUILTY.  You knew you had a curfew and it doesn't matter that your friends don't have to be in until later.  You'll probably get probation.  Sounds like your friends violated curfew too, so to me it seems like none of you had any intention on being home when you were supposed to be anyway.

  6. You should probably plead guilty.  It is not a matter of who you are with but a matter of were you or were you not out past the legal time limit.  Is there evidence to prove it?  In your case, yes,  the officer's testimony.  Throw youself on the mercy of the court.  It won't cost that much - you will probably get a fine which they will let you make payments on and or some community service which never hurt anyone.  If you plead not guilty - you may get a heavier fine and sentence.  I am a police chief and I see this all the time.   Whatever you decide - best of luck to you.

  7. Uh-Oh, that's a lot over!. You're gunna need to plead guilty - it'll look a lot better for you - you cant say that more than two hours simply passed you by.

Much better you face up to the punishment from the start - they'll be harsher on you if they think you're getting cocky.
