the second time i visited US,using my tourist visa my auntie wanted me to stay, i was still 17 at that time,, so they asked INS for an extension of my stay for 6 mos. which was approved.

my auntie enrolled me to a school and paid $2000 alreadie. when my 6mos extension experied my auntie once again tried for an extension...it took them 6 mos to respond...

my request was denied, but my auntie returned back the letter once again attaching with it the receipt of my school and the plane ticket that i will go back home immediately as soon as i finish my highschool. it took them again 6 mos to respond...and knowing it was denied.. i alreadie overstayed for 1 year...and the worse part is that now i cant find all the letters anymore...

do they have those records in their data base? can i still go back now i'm 23...i was a minor back then and it was my auntie who's been doing all the work....is there any chance i can go back to US....help

  1. yes they have all that information, but im confused, if you are still in the US then you will can be arrested, sent back to your country & then you will not be allowed back, but if you already left but your stay was too long then they will let you come back to the US but it will be for a shorter stay than use, i think its like only a few monthes but im not sure,

    hope that helps =)
