I was a moderator of itats group, how to change my old email with new email as a moderator?

My old email was inactive - it was used as a moderator of itats group. I want to change moderator with my new email. How to change it - how take moderator ownership to my new email?

  1. you'd have to have access to the ID and account that was moderator- and add the new address to the account. if you cant do any of the below, you wont be able to regain moderator

    go to this link- http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs click add email address on top left- follow steps and confirm address.

    then go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the column Email Address click the arrow for the drop down box and select new address- click save changes

  2. if you can still access your group with the old account, you can add the new address and give it owner/mod rights, or change your yahoo account settings to email the other address (under my email settings from my groups)

    if you can't - and there are no other moderators - that's it i'm afraid.
