  1. I would say you need to add the context it was used to the question it will give more clues as to what they are trying to say in the book.

    My first instinct when i saw the word is isnt that what they called some of the underling types in gangster novels? You know like hey pezon i need you to do this favor for the Don :) i could be wrong but that was my initial thoughts  


  2. Can you give it to us in context? The sentence, or better, paragraph in which it appears? It might also help to know what book it's in.

    In Spanish, pezon is a nipple, teat, or udder.

  3. Was this in Spanish?  If so, pezon is nipple and it is in human context.  We don't use pezon in reference to other mammals equivalent of a nipple.  

    I did a google search and I've seen the word Pezon as last name (in French).

  4. Sort of sounds like a form of Pisan, which is a term referring to someone from Pisa but often used to refer to Italians in general.
