You should see a psychologist, and not tell too many people about this alien business.

The aliens are one of three possible origins.

1) You are in need of attention and making it up.

2) You are honestly delusional and need help.

3) You had a sleep paralysis episode.

Notice, none of these option include the possibility that you were actually abducted and probed.

Abduction fantsies are primarily psychological, but there is a physical condition that some people have that, on waking, in light sleep or in the "fugue" state between sleeping and waking, thery have these impressions or "dreams" of abduction, possession or physical invasion.

In the MIddle Ages that phenomenon was called "demonic possession": spirits, called incubi & succubi, would "take over" someone's body during sleep, and the "memory" was present on waking.

We now know this is merely a psychological manifestation, not an actual physical occurance. Alien abductions and probes and inplants are merely a modern retelling of the "demonic possession" myth.  If you were "probed" there would be some physical signs of it. See a doctor if this is true.

If there are no physical signs of such "probing", it's probably psychological.
