Some idiot retards pushed me down when i was practicing in gym class, and hyperextended the muscle under my femur while i was doing the split.I love karate, and thats where i learned how to do it and use iti dont want to lose this abilityIt hurts if i bend my leg and walk fast, though i can walkAm i ever going to do the split ever again as i used to?(ice wont help since it happened INSIDE of the thigh)please be honest and tell me...
