  1. My son was adopted and I wish he would get my name back. You can get your name back and do what ever you want at 17 years of age. Get you birth records and go to the courts. no problems. I f you need private info send e-mail frankm1412@yahoo.com

  2. As an adult, I believe that the only way for them to legally not be considered your parent anymore is for someone else to adopt you. (adults can be adopted)

Since you don't want your biological parents to re-adopt you, you would need to find someone else, perhaps a family friend or someone you've always looked up to as a mentor. If that's not a likely option, you can always just change your last name to something different then either of your family's names.

  3. Why would you wish to do that.. your birth parents didn't want you and your adoptive parents must have loved you... so why would you wish to annul  your adoption... and does it matter anyhow at age 43.. you are a grown man and if you don't get along with your adoptive family you don't have to feel you owe them something... you can ignore them if they really treated you badly.. I would say your birth parents treated you badly unless they both died.. and for that reason you were an orphan..  that would be different... you can change your last name... you can go to the lawyers and also say you want nothing to do with your adoptive family and change your name.. that's as good as an annulment.. but then you must hate them a lot. if you do that.... x*x
