  1. i cant help you but i hope you find him and get along with him!!

  2. I've seen several community sites on adoption.  You may want to check them out to see if they can help.  Try adopthelp.com and myfertilityguide.com.  Good luck!

  3. i wrote a letter to my father and took it to the social security office unsealed and they took it and said that they would read it to make sure that it was not a bad letter and they mailed it to the last listed address that he had  and i found him

  4. Contact these folks for good help:

    http://www.pacer-adoption.org/

  5. Tina's Adoption Search website is one of the best.

There are also websites where you can pay a nominal fee of about $15 to search for who goes with a SS#.  Look up Social Security Number search.

    Good luck!

  6. You should contact the social security administration building where ever your from because they were a big help in helping my bestfriend finding his real mother and he had her social security number so good luck in your search

  7. you can google free records and you can also go to www.whitepages.com if you have his name..

you can find ANYTHING on google u just have to type it in RIGHT!! good LUCK!! =)

  8. Well, I'm not sure how you're going to do this. But if you feel this is what you need to do, then I just have to say "good luck!" I hope you find him soon!!!

  9. Place your name on a list, in Washington D.C., for seeking

    connections to birth parents.

Any Librarian, is educated to helping a person, find some

type of Resources, for getting on a list, to find out.

I have done Research for seeking connections to birth

    parents.

I have an Outreach that is legal to do that, but mostly I do

Free Lance, No Cost, to those who qualify for Expense

    Reduction....

I would say, that the Social Security Office, is the First

Place to Go.   When you go there, take with you, a letter,

    Written to Your Birth Father.

Should you be ''over the age of 18'', You request that the

Social Security...''forward  your letter''....to the Current

    Address, of your Birth Father.

Another thing...There is always the Legal Aid Office...you can

go to and ASK FOR ADVICE...LEGAL ADVICE.

In the letter you take to the Social Security Office, Be sure

that you take a Stamped Envelope, with Your Birth Father's

Name on it, And YOUR  RETURN ADDRESS.

They should not charge, to forward a letter from you, but you

will be required to fill out an application for getting that done.

PLEASE, ANYTHING THAT YOU SIGN FOR ANYONE ELSE

GET THEM TO GIVE YOU A COPY OF ANYTHING YOU DO

SIGN, SO YOU'LL HAVE IT FOR YOUR OWN RECORDS,

as you progress in your search, for your father.

Others who do perform, Family (RE-) Unity Outreach Assist-

ance, cannot help without some type of  personal information,

and a permission from the one who is wanting the search

    done.

I've been successful in most cases, I've helped with, and in

some instances, the search can take up to 6 months to a

years....depending on the Resources Available for the search

I have 5 cousins I've been searching for, for a year now, and

I have their names, but haven't found the right resource, for

    contacting them.

I am on the computer, so what I do, I now search for news-

papers across the many states, and I write ''Dear Editor''

Letters, and they do get published...and RECORDED IN THE

HISTORY OF THAT COUNTY...for others to see, as time

    passes.

Make sure you have a Permanent Address, where you can

get some mail, for the better part of two years, anyway...

Should you need my help any further...do contact me, as I

am licensed to do this....No Fee...for the search...

My email is bojacks1@yahoo.com      If you are a Minor

Child....there are laws which protect the privacy of a Minor

Child,  but at certain ages...say,  in some states, it is the age

of 16, that PARENTS HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS FOR THE

    CHILD'S INTERESTS.

In Florida, I believe the Parent has Full Say-so til the Child

(Minor) is age 18.  In Oklahoma, the age is 14, because

""in the olden days'' most youngsters, had to help with the

farm work, by the age of 14, and the law  has not been

changed...Minor Children, are allowed to participate in some

Work Skills, by age 14, and If there is just One Parent, that

Minor can get a Special Drivers License, (age??), and be-

come part of the Working Partner, of that home...to help

    support that family.

The Age for this, Varies from State to State.

I had two (half-) sisters, who spent over 12 years in some

Foster/Adopt Homes, and they did find us.

One of my brothers, PETITIONED THE COURT TO OPEN

THE BIRTH & ADOPTION FILE, when the youngest child

became age 18, and SHE WAS GIVEN THE CHOICE TO

    COME....AND ''GET TO KNOW US''.

I'm glad for that opportunity too. I named her when she was

    born...and I also named her son...by telepathy...and hadn't

seen my sister, in several years...and she was getting ready

    to have the baby.

You obviously have some information, to start with...and you

probably do have other siblings, WHO PROBABLY WOULD

BE HAPPY TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE A SIBLING TOO!!

Never give up...LOVE IS AT THE END OF THE RAINBOW...

Sincerely, Too Funny (sometimes, but not now).

  10. If you were adopted through an agency or state, there is a form you can fill out.  The form will ask for SS# and other demographics for your biological father.  If he has registered into the same system and your information matches up, the agency will contact you both.

  11. im not sure about how to find anyone on searches.. but i hope you do find him!! good luck && best wishes..

  12. Do you live in the USA? You have your biological fathers SSN you said. Write to social security administration, find one close to you. Find their address and send a LETTER FORWARDING. On the letter you write that you are trying to locate your biological father, they will send them a letter telling him that you are looking for him, they will give him your name and address, and it's up to him to contact you. Good Luck.

  13. I asked the Padre (priest) at the church I attended to find my Mother.

He did, and real quick, as I had been looking for 5 years when I asked him, and he found out in like 6 weeks.

Also, I do not go to church, I was in prison at the time and had to see him each Sunday for 6 months.

What I am doing a bad job of saying is : go to your local church.

    Good luck.
