I was almost driven off the road by a truck owned by CarbonExpress.com. How to report this effectively?

I would appreciate help with filing an effective complaint regarding this insident. Bully truckers like this one should be kept off the road.

Just get the plate number, the truck number, the time, date, location and file a report with the police first and then contact the company.......

You should take down the lic. number of the vehicle, truck or trailer I.D. number, name of company on the side of the truck if possible.

You also need to report any description of the driver, how many in the vehicle, time of day, direction of travel, location of incident, and a detailed description of what occurred.

You will also be notified that you must be willing to go to court if it's contested.

You could call the trucking company, which is what I did.

Commercial carriers want to know about their drivers' behaviour on the highways because of their insurance company's cheaper fleet rates available to trucking companies with superior drivers' experience.

Also, don't forget to notify them of a "positive" experience, as well...........most truck drivers are above average drivers, but all of us suffer from the "human element" when behind the wheel. We all make errors in judgement from time to time from fatigue or distraction.

You make errors too, so no one has the right to be self-righteous. It's easy to be critical and negative, but more difficult to try to understand that someone else may be having a bad day/hour/moment.

you should have taken down the license plate or car number and report it to the police or go to carbonexpress and talked to customer service. there's really nobody can do if you dont have any identification to which truck it is. good luck

Call customer service, tell them the situation and ask who you can speak to. They should be able to find out through investigation who was around there that day. Go to CarbonExpress.com to get their main number and try it.
