I was arrested about two years ago, I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Anyway I plead guilty for community service instead of a yr in JAIL! UGH the police officer lied on me. Is the misdemeanor erased from my record yet? They told me it would be ...?? :-)

Will in show up for a Job backround check? Finger print check??

No... The misdemeanor will stay with you for the rest of your life. Unfortunately, when you go in front of a court and get arraigned, you will have a court record which will be on your record. Unless you go in front of a judge and the judge is feeling nice enough to expunge the record, then it will still be there. It will show up on your Job and Background Check.
