  1. no you made your own stupid choice. driving. All they could have told you was not to get behind the wheel. If you did anyway, you made the dumb choice. so stop blaming everyone else and take your medicine. when you got behind the wheel then you broke the law. unfortunatly for us, being a drunk and being stupid isn't against the law

  2. I'm with everyone else.  They didn't pressure you into doing anything, they just waited for you to be stupid.

  3. Not entrapment.  You didn't actually break a law until you got in the car and tried to start it.  They couldn't do anything until you actually broke the law.

Stop trying to weasel out of this.  You broke the law, now you must face the consequences.  People like you have no business on the road where you can kill someone.

  4. The problem with that is that you knew that you were going to drive that's not entrapment, that's you being kept off the road before you killed yourself or someone else. That may have kept you out of prison for the rest of your life. And six feet above ground.Figure it out don't do that again i hope you learned your lesson.

  5. Entrapment is enticing one to commit a crime that they would not have otherwise committed. If the police didn't buy your drinks or tell you to drive your car, there is no entrapment. Not much sympathy here for you either, I scrape up the damage drunk drivers do off the roads too often. Next time sleep it off in your car.

  6. Nope.  They didn't pressure you into driving...just waited for you to be foolish on your own time.  Lots of cops hang out near bars on weekends, just waiting for this very situation.

  7. Its not a DWI until you start the car and drive.

You were the one who drove while intoxicated.

The cops just waited to see if you would. They didn't entrap you in any way.

  8. No, it is not entrapment.  Just because someone informed on you and the police acted on a tip, you are out of luck.  Why were you driving after drinking anyway?  People create their own situations and then try to claim "victim" if they get caught doing something wrong.  Stop whinning and accept responsibiltiy for your actions. I am happy when people like you are taken off the roads.

  9. No. They did nothing to induce you to do something you wouldn't have done without them.  It's all yours.
