I was arrested for a dui got 2 seperate tickets marked 1 and 2 what does this mean?

You didn't tell what state you are from, but here in Illinois, it would denote:

1.  Driving Under Influence of Alcohol, and

2. Driving with a Blood-Alcohol Level over 0.08%

Both are DUI,the first shows your failure of field sobriety test but the second denotes you failed the breath or blood test.
