my aunt past on the same day i was arrested i was very emotional and drunk this is my first time ever resting arrest whats going to happen this time?

I think they have a hearing before the judge and ask you if you want to plead guilty or innocent and then the judge will tell you if need bail or he trusts you to go home and wait for trial
