my aunt past on the same day i was arrested i was very emotional and drunk this is my first time ever resting arrest whats going to happen this time?

  1. It is hard to say.  If you can afford to visit an attorney, that would be a good idea at this point.


  2. I recommend that you start contacting criminal defense attorneys now.

    If you have a long criminal record that will make it very difficult for you to get any sympathy from The Court or the District Attorney's Office.

  3. You are obviously not capable of being a good citizen in a free society.  On behalf of your neighbors, I hope that you are put away for a good, long time.

  4. I think they have a hearing before the judge and ask you if you want to plead guilty or innocent and then the judge will tell you if need bail or he trusts you to go home and wait for trial
