I currently work for a company as an administrative assistant. I've always been fascinated by marketing (especially graphics design) but I don't have any work experience in the field. Recently a job opening at my company came up for proposal designer. I am really interested in and the lady over that department really likes me and has been impressed with everything she has seen me do thus far. She told me to bring in a sample of every kind of project I have ever worked on. In the past I have created numerous websites for personal family businesses and my own business. I have also created very unique business cards, fliers and was the creator of the company newsletter at my last job. Problem is, I don't have access to anything that I have created in the past. So I'm going to spend all weekend trying to recreate projects to show her Monday morning. What should I include? I've already recreated one website and the business cards for that website. What could I create that would really knock her socks off? She is the head of the proposals division and I would be designing proposals if I got the position. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
