a call to management is probably the best bet, they will likely settle with you and cover the expense of the visit to the dentist, probably give you a couple dollars and some free meals.

if they are hostile seek a lawyer and let them know you are seeking one, that will push a settlement quickly,

OMG, how embarassing would that have been for the server/cook...definately sounds like you could pursue the restaraunt to cover your medical bills pertaining to the chipped tooth

you should go to the dentist and they will re pare it for you but as for the rock in your food.......are you sure that it was a rock and not just a piece of hard food???? if your sure it was a rock then call the restaurant and you could sue them i guess!!!!!
