I was at bbq today and overate, now my stomach is in knots and I feel terrible for cheating on my diet. Help?

  1. Don't get down on yourself. You can't change it now. Just try next time to not over due it. I am also trying to lose weight and I know just how hard it can be. I do think you have to reward yourself once in a while or you would go crazy.  I have heard that if you stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed, it helps a lot to lose weight. Good luck, keep going. Don't get down on yourself if u make a mistake. You are only human. Have a nice night.


  2. That stuff happens sometimes, you shouldn't worry about it very much. Just try to get back on track tomorrow, maybe do a bit of extra exercise if you like but one day won't make a huge difference in your diet.

    To help your stomach, maybe try doing some light exercise at home if possible? Try something like walking up the stairs or jog in place for 5 or 10 minutes to get your metabolism/digestion going and settle your stomach a bit.  

  3. go take a fat dump ,then go running.
