I was at the gym today.. and I think I am HURT HELP!!

Okay, So I am an average guy.. I usually bench about 150lbs .. well I was doing FREE weights today.. and hade the 35lb dumbells.. I was trying something new.. and now.. I have the worst strain on my neck. I can barely turn my head and I can feel a knot and its soo painful. what should I do.. I used Tiger Balm and Begay.. still in pain .. been this way for 4hrs now.. HELP

  1. pulled a muscle in your neck. Try hot packs

Very likely you have a pinched nerve but the only way to tell and get relief is to see a doctor or clinic for an exam right away.  Try holding heat on it for tonight and massage it gently with the Bengay till morning when you can be examined.  Don't wait for it to get better....you probably need some treatment and maybe physical therapy right away.  Best wishes.
