Question

I was baking something and all of a sudden the lights in our house went dim and our oven glowed bright orange and when I opened it, smoke came out but my food was still uncooked. Now the oven won't heat inside, the convection fan won't work, no light, etc. I still have gas on the top range, but no electronic ignition. This is a 3 year old Jade Oven. HELP!!
