I was biking and i broke my norco kompressor frame. Who should i call to get it replaced.?

i baught the bike off a guy but wouldnt norco still replace it anyways because the product was faulty. Like it wasnt even a big jump and the head tube just snapped off. Who should i call?

you can try to get a warranty on the frame from Norco themselves, but warranty issues are usually handled by the dealer.
