  1. It's always good to question charges that you don't recognize.  The bank should be investigating the charge and getting back to you.  If it is fraudulent, they should be removing the charge.  Keep in contact with them.  Also be on alert for other signs of identity theft.

You can also try contacting the merchant and having them cancel the charge if it is still pending or if it has posted they may be able to do a refund.
