my twin sister and i were born 8 & 1/2 weeks early, my son was born at 42 weeks and my sisters son was 1day after due date

No it doesn't.  There are many reason for preterm birth, but I do not think there are any that are genetically passed down.  You have the same chance as anyone else of having a fullterm or a preterm baby.

no silly...pre maturity isn't heredity..ask gyna n dey will tell u da same...on da contrary due to health possibilities der are always 75% chances of pre maturity...
