  1. Argentinian is what you are.

    The question is:

    What do you feel like?

If they played in a soccer match for example, who would you root for?

That should give you the definitive answer.

  2. Sounds like you're a human!

Are you trying to find an 'appropriate label' for an application or just for general purposes?? I would venture to say that if you're trying to pin down your 'blood' it wouldn't matter where you were- if your parents were in Asia they would still be English and if you believe in the constitution, the bill of rights and that George Bush is an idiot who has nearly ruined our country then it sounds like you're an average American!

  3. According to technical definitions:

Nationality generally refers to place of birth but can be skewed somewhat in certain circumstances like if you were born there while on vacation and neither the parents nor child have ties to the place.  Ethnicity refers to culture group. Citizenship refers to a civil registry, of which each nation has different qualifying rules and dual citizenship is possible.  To know what ethnicity she is you would have to know how she lives and what group she identifies with. A person in this situation is labeled according to how they want to be labeled.

  4. I would say you are an American of English descent who was born in Argentina.

  5. Argentinian, but also entitled to an English passport because of English parents.  You are not American, unless you took out American citizenship.

  6. You are Argentinian with an English heritage and American up bringing.

Make the most of this fortunate situation of having the fortitude of three countries having an influence on your life.

The other advantage you can carry up to three passports if you work it right, that can influence your capacity to travel any where.

  7. If you were born in Argentina, you are automatically entitled to Argentinian citizenship by birth (as you well know).  After 1983, a child of either /or both British parents living aboard automatically is entitled to British citizenship.  Prior to 1983, British nationality by descent could only be transmitted by a British father.  If you wish, you can also become a naturalized American citizenship once you pass the citizenship test.

Since both your parents are English, you are both a British and Argentinian citizen of English descent who spent her formative years in the United States.

  8. English /British

  9. You're ethnically English and may or may not be an Argentinian citizen, That would be determined by who issued your passport.

  10. NATIONALITY is a legal term, having to do with citizenship.

By birthplace, she is normally a citizen of Argentina, although it is possible that her parents were there for a short time, retained their British citizenship, and she would be entitled to British citizenship.

Once the family moved to America, it depends on if anyone (parents or child) became US citizens.

With all respect.. you are incorrect. Ethnicity and nationality are not the same things at all.  Ethnically, she could be either caucasian or black, or something else. Her HERITAGE has to do with where her parents AND ancestors come from. If her parents and ancestors were always from England, her background is English.

  11. U R Argenigishian

  12. A mixture to be proud of. Embrace all ot it.

  13. Your nativity is English because both your parents were. Your nationality would be Argentinian unless you became an American citizen, then you would be American.
