I was born in Kuwait and left to india after kuwait war. I have indian passport. But need the certificate?

I need the birth certificate from Kuwait Authorities... Is there a way to get the certificate with out going to Kuwait. Please let me know how can i do this

Your parents must have picked up your birth certificat at the central registry for births in Maidan Hawally, behind Shaab Park and have your birth registered at the Inidan Embassy in Kuwait. How did you get a passport without a birth certificate?

Don't your parents have your birth certificate or the verified translation of it? Anyway, the Indian Embassy in Kuwait will only serve people coming their in person. I do not know if the Embassy in Kuwait will be able and willing to help but if somebody knows how to get a duplicate of your birth certificate then it's the Kuwaiti Embassy.
