I was born in Tunbridge Wells in 1948 Am I a Man of Kent or a Kentish Man please ?

I believe it depends which side of the river Medway Royal Tunbridge

Wells stands,which appears to be East.Therefore I should be a Man

of Kent, but would like confirmation as even people I have spoken to

in Royal Tunbridge Wells do not know!
