  1. You can have what is called dual citizenship. I suspect that you are a citizen of the united states, which strictly "prohibits" dual citizenship, but if you choose to move to Iran, then  there is nothing the US can do about it. In rare cases the US can revoke your citizenship, but generally the bureaucracy is too trumped down to actually do so. Since you were born in Iran, you are a national of that country and legally have citizenship. You would have to visit the consulate for more information. Do a little research and think about hiring an immigration lawyer. However, be aware of the consequences of your actions, especially since the US does not have very great relations with the Iranians right now.

  2. yes u can being born in a country automatically sets you to it

  3. Only if you have resided there for at least 5 years (naturalization) or if one of your non-iranian parents was also born in iran. You are not iranian by birth and not qualified to get an iranian passport.**

  4. where are you now? Iran does NOT allow dual citizenship,birth in Iran, does not automatically give you right to citizenship, depending on your parents,

    the US does allow dual citizenship but you must always check ,if the other nationality allows dual citizenship;
