i was born in scotland year 1989.. my parents arent british and they were there because my dad was pursing his studies. i would like to know what benefits i could earn from being born in the uk.. also if i am entitled to have the passport.

  1. you are entitled to having a british passport, and british citizenship. this allows you to have a job, national insurance number, bank accounts etc.


  2. you may be entitled to become a  British Citizen, depending how long you plan to stay or have stayed after your birth,  and recieve the social benefits that come with the BOOK.

    but why woukd you want to stay in UK?

  3. None, if neither of your parents were British citizens then you are not entitled to any benefits.
