  1. limb lengthening is one of the most painful procedures you can have done, as it consists of breaking the bones, and forcing rods into your legs, so the bone will grow back....I would suggest you take up yoga. Its proven to lengthen your spine! If you're serious about gaining some extra inches, then this is a much healthier alternative, and it isn't the "easy way out".

As for the plastic surgery, its really your decision, I don't know what you look like and Im sure I would say you look fine, but if its really affecting your life terribly, do what you feel is right for you.

    good luck!

  2. Limb lengthening will only give u an inch or two if that. Plus it is very painful.

  3. You do not need surgery.

If you hate everything about your face, you probably have distorted vision or body dysmorphic disorder (read about it, it might be interesting.) The media and society push a very limited beauty ideal into our face, and puts its importance out of proportion to everyday life. In short, looks aren't everything. Being a 6" foot super hot model won't increase your quality of living. As long as you are doing basic grooming (bathing, eating healthy, excercising occasionally) then you're FINE. If people can't see past what they conside a flaw, they're not the kind of people you want to be around anyway.

Surgery will not make you happy, actions will. Your actions speak louder than your looks!

  4. This is something you really need to discuss with a Dr.

  5. There is no way that anyone can respond intelligently to this question unless you offer photos, more information, etc.

In addition, what may seem beautiful to one person might not to another, so in the end, it is what YOU specifically want to accomplish with your face and body.  (Higher cheekbones, deeper-set eyes, etc.).

I am totally FOR cosmetic surgery, but in the context that you ask, it would be recommendable (as one person already suggested) that you contact a plastic surgeon so that they can discuss realistic expectations with you.
