  1. chances are yes. you will probably need a cosigner who has good credit to get the final approval. then the cosigner will have to go through a process as well.


  2. A conditional approval is just that an approval with conditions.

    If one of those conditions is a credit worthy co-signor, then you will not be approved until you provide a co-signor that passes the Chase credit requirements as well as any other conditions. A conditional approval really isn't worth the paper its printed on, as there are many ways a lender can back out of any loan based on one of the conditions listed.
